Temporary blackout period

Are you a new student or new to the health and dental plan ? You’ll be in a temporary “blackout” (aka inactive) period from September 1st each year while GSC collects and updates your information. Don’t  worry. You can still submit claims for health or dental services. Once enrolment is complete, GSC will start processing your claims we have on file. When the blackout period ends, we encourage you to sign up for Plan Member Online Services, direct deposit and download our GSC on the Go® app - it’s quick, easy and convenient.  Remember, your GSC ID number is your student association’s three-letter code + your student number (example:  ABC123456).  Look for the code next to your student association’s name at the top of this page.

That’s right, now you can submit your claims for health and dental services online via Plan Member Online Services. And that’s not all – sign up for direct deposit on Online Services, and kiss waiting for cheques in the mail goodbye!
